Danielle Gendron graduated from the University of Guelph in 2006 where she majored in criminal justice and public policy. In 2010, Danielle obtained her law degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, United Kingdom, where she had the opportunity to participate in the law school's mooting program and was a member of the Critical Lawyer's Group. While studying in the United Kingdom, Danielle volunteered with the Dover Immigration and Detention Centre and the Kent Law School Clinic.
Danielle completed her articles with a criminal defence firm in Toronto where she also worked as an associate before joining Caramanna Friedberg LLP in 2013.
Danielle has conducted trials in the Ontario Court of Justice throughout various courts in the province and has also conducted trials in the Superior Court of Justice. While Danielle has experience in many areas of criminal defence, she has prevalent experience in impaired and over 80 law as well as sexual assaults.
Danielle is dedicated to obtaining the best possible results for her clients. Her extensive advocacy experience negotiation ability has lead to many successful acquittals and resolutions.
Danielle Gendron is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Criminal Lawyer's Association.
