Ruling

The accused was found guilty of the possession of an imitation weapon for the purpose of committing an offence, the use of an imitation firearm, and robbery. The Crown asked for a four year penitentiary sentence. The accused asked for time served, which was a total of 7 months. The Court gave the accused two for one credit and sentenced him to an additional two year penitentiary sentence.
